Supplied with ivory ribbon our two tier Fully Iced Rich English Fruit Cake is made to our original award winning recipe. Full of fruit and nuts, generously laced with French brandy then slow baked in small batches. Use this elegant but simply decorated two tier cake as a luxury wedding cake without the luxury price tag, or as a centre piece to any celebration table, safe in the knowledge that it’s made to the same exacting standards as all other Meg Rivers products. The top tier is baked in a 4" tin and the bottom tier is baked in a 7" tin. Supplied on gold boards and an additional two spare silver boards for transferring the cake to if required. Also available supplied with White, Pink or Purple sugar rose combinations.
