The Z-Cut technology into which we have incorporated our many years of knife and cutting technology expertise into the blades, make food preparation more efficient, thanks to their pre-cutting and two-way functionality.

Safe to use, thanks to the food attachment that allows small foods to be easily grated meanwhile protecting your finger. The grater's minimal design is by the Milan-based designer team Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez.
