Scientists took a look at a dust cloud at the centre of the universe around a decade ago, and came across a particular ester that's responsible for taste of raspberries, as well as smelling of rum! This revelation was the inspiration for Central Galactic Rum, which is made with Caribbean spiced rum, fresh raspberry distillate, star anise and cold-distilled lime peel. A stellar tipple. (Sorry.)
