Ankarsrum Assistent Original® Stand Mixer

By Ankarsrum

Description

The Ankarsrum Assistent Original® stand mixer has been crafted in Sweden for over 80 years, delivering unmatched performance with a 1500-watt motor, precision engineering, and a seven-year warranty. Its distinctive design sets it apart from traditional mixers: instead of spinning attachments in a fixed bowl, the mixer uses a large 7L rotating bowl that works ingredients in a way similar to hand kneading. With two unique attachment positions and a full range of accessories, it’s built for versatility and exceptional stability. Assistent Original 6230 includes a 7 L stainless bowl, dough roller, dough knife, spatula, dough hook and proofing lid. A 3.5 L whisking bowl in Tritan plastic for best results, balloon whisks and single wire beaters. Handle and control knobs in chrome-plated zinc. Also includes an Ankarsrum Recipe book. Ankarsrum is sold at Borough Kitchen, Harrods, Sous Chef, and Bakery Bits. Colours vary by store. To see the full colour assortment, visit https://www.ankarsrum.com/uk/stand-mixer.
