The bus seats 38 people, and takes you on a tour of London’s iconic sights, while you eat food, that frankly you would be pleased to sample at any of the top hotels. Cheffy preps downstairs, while you sit upstairs, in your own booth, absorbing the sights through the panoramic glass windows. Expect to eat your way through every one of the four delicious courses. Think Scallop carpaccio with pea shoots, languishing in a fennel vinaigrette or soup de champignon topped with a feather-light whipped cream that has just glanced at a truffle. Every place setting includes a small ‘wand’ so if the mood takes and you really think that you would like to know something about the sights as you pass then the little gadget will fill you with information.
