Each of our cocoa origins yields a cocoa crop that's as deep and complex as it is distinctive thanks to the individual terroir of each island location. What they all have in common is the rich volcanic soil that nourishes those cocoa beans to create an unrivalled eating experience. By trading directly with our farmers, we can ensure that the beans are grown and fermented to our particularly high standards whilst also ensuring a fair and sustainable price for their hard work and expertise.
