The Philippines is the only one of our cocoa origins in the northern hemisphere. The small island of Mindanao lies just within the 'Goldilocks zone' for cocoa growing - an area 10 degrees either side of the equator. The conditions here are the ideal combination of tropical rainforest and volcanic soil for growing a cocoa with a distinctive chocolate flavour complimented by layers of citrus, honey and caramel notes. We believe that chocolate thins really are the perfect way to enjoy superior chocolate and we're certain ours won't disappoint. Presented in a handsome rigid card box containing 25 chocolate thins (150g).
