HOW TO MAKE LAHORI TIKKA LAMB CHOPS: You will need: • 10-12 lamb chops or 400g diced lamb. • 2 tbsp oil or a nob of butter to pan fry. 3 SIMPLE STEPS: 1. Coat the lamb with the Lahori tikka seasoning. Ensure all the pieces are well coated. 2. Heat the oil/butter in a large frying pan. 3. Pan fry the chops on a medium heat, approx. 3 minutes on each side for a medium cook level. Adjust cooking time according to how well you like your meat done. PRO-TIP: *If you want to barbecue or air-fry, simply mix the spice sachet with the oil in a bowl to make a marinade. *Marinade the meat first then air-fry or barbecue. *Serve with some salad and chutneys (we also do them!). Enjoy.
