Box of Hugs is a care package brand creating thoughtful gift boxes that deliver your hugs when you can’t be there in person - a meaningful alternative to sending flowers.

Founded by sisters Lucy, Anna and Sophie in 2017, and inspired by happy memories of the exciting parcels their mum would send them in the post, the business was born following their mum’s recovery from a brain tumour. During her time in recovery, they experienced first-hand how difficult it could be to find personal, comforting gifts that weren’t the usual flowers.

Today, Box of Hugs offers an easy, speedy and thoughtful gifting solution for every occasion - from birthdays, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s, new babies and thank-yous, to thinking-of-you moments and more difficult days. Customers can choose from a wide range of beautifully curated, ready-to-send gift boxes, each designed around a theme or feeling, or build their own box from a large selection of carefully hand-picked treats, keepsakes and personalised touches.

With options for next working day delivery (order before 12.30pm Mon-Fri. Saturday option also available), as well as the ability to select a future delivery date for special occasions such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Birthdays or poignant moments, Box of Hugs makes it simple to send something meaningful, even when time is short.

At its heart, Box of Hugs is about sending comfort and smiles to friends, family and colleagues through a thoughtfully filled package and a personal message inside a greeting card.

Following their mum’s brain tumour diagnosis and her incredible recovery, the founders also support The Brain Tumour Charity* during key events throughout the year.  For Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day they are donating 50p from every card sold to the charity as a small way of giving back to a cause close to their hearts.
